2. Role of Do Bigha Zamin
Do Bigha Zamin acts solely as an independent real estate consultant and authorized channel partner, connecting buyers with Grade-A developers; we have applied for RERA registration (Agent: Gaurav Mehrotra) but are not the developers or promoters of any listed property, ensuring transparency when you buy home in Gurgaon.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we conduct an extensive 200+ parameter due diligence on recommended properties, all final specifications, pricing, floor plans, and delivery timelines remain the sole responsibility of the respective builder, so users must independently verify all details through the official Builder-Buyer Agreement (BBA) before proceeding with any transaction while working with a trusted real estate agent Gurgaon.
4. No Brokerage Policy
Do Bigha Zamin does not charge buyers any brokerage fees for primary market (new project) transactions, allowing you to buy home in Gurgaon with complete transparency, as our compensation comes directly from developers’ marketing budgets.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Webfries IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, or AI agents (including Priya) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any real estate decisions made by the user while engaging with a real estate agent Gurgaon.
